This advanced cloud-based system enables ticket sales across multiple channels, ticket issuing and fiscalization, reservations, validations, and centralized process management in real time. The system is designed as a flexible modular platform featuring six user-focused modules – Sales, Cash Register, Station, Fleet Manager, Warehouse, and Reports – all seamlessly connected through a highly intuitive central administration module for complete monitoring and control. Passengers can now secure their seats in advance, while ticket validation is performed directly on modern Nexgo N86 Android POS devices in the vehicles. As a result, passengers enjoy greater comfort and convenience, while Pleso Prijevoz benefits from improved operational efficiency and transparency.
