We were pleased to participate in this year’s SmartCard Conference, where we had the opportunity to share our knowledge, experience and vision through two presentations focused on the future of payments, business integration and customer engagement.
🔹 ETRANET: Connecting Payments, Devices and Business Solutions
We explored how connecting payment solutions and devices with business systems can simplify processes, improve customer experience and create added value for everyone involved — from merchants and end users to banks, payment service providers and technology partners. Through practical examples, we highlighted the importance of well-designed integrations in building more efficient and connected business environments.
🔹 What Does Cardholder Identity Have to Do with Next-Gen Loyalty?
Our second presentation focused on how card-linked identity can bring payments, loyalty programmes and customer engagement together into a seamless experience. We also explored how integrating card transactions, loyalty functionalities and e-commerce within a single loyalty application can unlock new sales channels and additional revenue opportunities.
